The new Tap & Go service will remove the need for queuing at the pay machines or the need to carry spare change, making a visit to Queensgate the best it can be. Traditional means of payment will continue to be available for customers who don’t want to use the service, or who don’t have a contactless card, via the pay machines in the lift lobbies. Customers can pay on foot on level 5 Red and Blue Car Park lobbies, level 6 in the Yellow Car Park lobby, and level 5 and 11 in the Green Car Park lobby.

There are six electric vehicle (EV) car charging points, located in the Green car park. The charging stations are free to use. Designed to be easy to use, the charging points allow green-minded shoppers to plug their vehicles in to recharge, leaving them free to shop.Simply enter the Green car park as normal and park in one of the dedicated EV charging bays, which can be found on level three.

If you lose your paper parking ticket, please let us know by using the information button at the pay station.

Please note that there is a vehicle height restriction of 2.05 metres in all of our car parks.

We have 56 parent and child spaces in our car parks and 75 disabled bays.

We’ve made a number of spaces available in our Yellow (Perkins) car park for those who regularly commute or travel on business. Commuter Passes give access to a single space on the days and times as specified in the T&Cs.
