With four dedicated car parking sites, there’s no shortage of space here at Queensgate.

There are a number of different payment options available in our car parks but at this time we are encouraging everyone to use our Tap ‘n’ Go system. Simply tap your contactless debit or credit card at the barrier on entrance and exit. There’s no need to press for a ticket or queue at the pay on foot machines before you exit.

We ask everyone using our car parks to please remember to socially distance and use hand sanitiser facilities wherever possible. We have 2,268 spaces available in our car parks, including disabled, parent and child and Electric Vehicle charging bays so there is plenty of space available for everyone.

There are six electric vehicle (EV) car charging points, located in the Green car park. The charging stations are free to use. Designed to be easy to use, the charging points allow green-minded shoppers to plug their vehicles in to recharge, leaving them free to shop.Simply enter the Green car park as normal and park in one of the dedicated EV charging bays, which can be found on level three.

If you lose your paper parking ticket, please let us know by using the information button at the pay station.

Please note that there is a vehicle height restriction of 2.05 metres in all of our car parks.

We have 56 parent and child spaces in our car parks and 75 disabled bays.

We’ve made a number of spaces available in our Yellow (Perkins) car park for those who regularly commute or travel on business. Commuter Passes give access to a single space on the days and times as specified in the T&Cs.
