Payment Options
There are several ways to pay for your parking in all of our car parks and these include taking a paper ticket at the barrier and using the pay on foot machines to pay using cash or card and our Tap & Go service which allows you to tap in and out of the barrier using your contactless credit or debit card. For further details of how to pay, please speak to a member of the team or head to the Customer Information Desk.

There are a number of different payment options available in our car parks but at this time we are encouraging everyone to use our Tap ‘n’ Go system. Simply tap your contactless debit or credit card at the barrier on entrance and exit. There’s no need to press for a ticket or queue at the pay on foot machines before you exit.
We ask everyone using our car parks to please remember to socially distance and use hand sanitiser facilities wherever possible. We have 2,268 spaces available in our car parks, including disabled, parent and child and Electric Vehicle charging bays so there is plenty of space available for everyone.

Electric Charging
There are six electric vehicle (EV) car charging points, located in the Green car park. The charging stations are free to use. Designed to be easy to use, the charging points allow green-minded shoppers to plug their vehicles in to recharge, leaving them free to shop.Simply enter the Green car park as normal and park in one of the dedicated EV charging bays, which can be found on level three.
Lost Tickets
If you lose your paper parking ticket, please let us know by using the information button at the pay station.
Height Restrictions
Please note that there is a vehicle height restriction of 2.05 metres in all of our car parks.
Parent and child and disabled parking
We have 56 parent and child spaces in our car parks and 75 disabled bays.
Commuter Parking
We’ve made a number of spaces available in our Yellow (Perkins) car park for those who regularly commute or travel on business. Commuter Passes give access to a single space on the days and times as specified in the T&Cs.
