The Shopmobility Office is on Level 11 and can be easily accessed from:

Blue (Cavell) Car Park - Level 5 and 7
Red (Royce) Car Park - Level 5 and 11
Green (Clare) Car Park - Level 5 and 11

There are parking spaces allocated for blue badge holders on all of these levels. Avoid using Yellow (Perkins) Car Park as access to Queensgate is via a footbridge. Lifts are available on all odd numbered car park levels. To contact Queensgate Shopmobility please call 01733 313133.

Height Restriction
Please note that there is a vehicle height restriction of 2.05 metres.

Parent and Child Spaces
Don't juggle your shopping and your children. At Queensgate, we've got no fewer than 66 spaces dedicated to young families - that's 28 spaces in Blue (Cavell), 23 in Red (Royce), 11 in Green (Clare) and 4 in Yellow (Perkins).

Electric Vehicle Charging
There are six electric vehicle (EV) car charging points, located in the Green car park.  The charging stations are free to use. Designed to be easy to use, the charging points allow green-minded shoppers to plug their vehicles in to recharge, leaving them free to shop for their essentials.

Simply enter the Green car park as normal and park in one of the dedicated EV charging bays, which can be found on level three.  Plug your car into one of the six available chargers, type 2 socket European Standard 7 pins - each outlet is single phase 32A fast charging, and follow the instructions given, activating the charge from the Evolt Multipoint terminal. Once ready to leave the shopping centre, shoppers just pay for their parking and disconnect from the terminal.

Commuter Car Park

At Queensgate, we've made a number of spaces available in Yellow (Perkins) Car Park if you're regularly commuting or travelling on business.

Commuter Passes give access to a single parking space between 6am and 10pm Monday to Friday. After 9.30am, we cannot guarantee any spaces to Commuter Pass holders - so it's best to get in early.
