Parking charges

Our current car parking charges apply in all our car parks:

Monday to Saturday

• Up to 2 hours £1.50
• Up to 3 hours £2.00
• Up to 4 hours £3.00
• Up to 5 hours £3.80
• Up to 6 hours £5.00
• Up to 7 hours £7.00
• Up to 8 hours £8.00
• Up to 9 hours £12.00
• Over 9 hours £17.00
• Overnight £17.00

Thursdays

• Vehicles entering after 5.30pm FREE

Sunday

• 9.30am-5.30pm £1.00

Ways to pay

You can pay for your parking at one of our ticket machines with the following card types:

Lost tickets

If you've lost your parking ticket, please let us know by using the information button at any pay station. You'll be charged from the car park opening time until the time you report your ticket lost, so it pays to keep your ticket safe.

Shopmobility

The Shopmobility Office is on Level 11 and can be easily accessed from:

Blue (Cavell) Car Park - Level 5 and 7

Red (Royce) Car Park - Level 5 and 11

Green (Clare) Car Park - Level 5 and 11

There are parking spaces allocated for blue badge holders on all of these levels. Avoid using Yellow (Perkins) Car Park as access to Queensgate is via a footbridge. Lifts are available on all odd numbered car park levels.

Height Restriction

Please note that there is a vehicle height restriction of 2.05 metres.

Parent and child spaces

Don't juggle your shopping and your children. At Queensgate, we've got no fewer than 66 spaces dedicated to young families - that's 28 spaces in Blue (Cavell), 23 in Red (Royce), 11 in Green (Clare) and 4 in Yellow (Perkins).

Commuter car park

At Queensgate, we've made a number of spaces available in Car Park Yellow (Perkins) if you're regularly commuting or travelling on business. Commuter Passes give access to a single parking space in Car Park Yellow between 6am and 10pm Monday to Friday. After 9.30am, we can't guarantee any spaces to Commuter Pass holders - so it's best to get in early.

Getting to Queensgate from the Yellow (Perkins) Car Park means using a footbridge with ramped steps. If you're in a wheelchair, or have limited mobility, we recommend that you use the Blue (Cavell) and Green (Clare) Car Parks.

All our car parks are closed on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day. If your car is left in one of our car parks after closing time, it won't be released until the car park re-opens.
