Q Go – no more long queues!
Q Go is our new ‘easy-to-pay’ contactless car parking system. Similar to an Oyster card, simply top up parking credit onto your card, place the card in front of the ticket machines upon entry and exit of our car parks and drive away happy. The Q Go card can be easily topped up at all car park pay machines in the centre.
To register for your Q Go card, simply visit the Information Desk in the centre, located on the upper ground floor between John Lewis and O2.
Terms & Conditions
Queensgate reserves the right to amend the Q Go terms and conditions and car park tariffs at any time with no prior warning. There is no guarantee of a car parking space being available to Q Go card holders. The Q Go card cannot be used in conjunction with any other parking promotion; including commuter parking passes and staff parking. Q Go card is valid in Queensgate car parks only (Red Royce, Yellow Perkins, Blue Cavell and Green Clare). Vehicles and contents are parked at the owner’s risk and the Landlord will not accept liability for any loss or damage. If the vehicle is left overnight you will be charged at the overnight parking rate. The named card holder is the only person able to make any changes to their Q Go account. Any changes should be made to the Management office, in writing. We reserve the right to refuse the admission of any vehicle to the Car Park. Queensgate Car Parks are closed on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. The Q Go card can only be used for parking and no cash alternative is available. Queensgate reserves the right to withdraw the Q Go promotion at any time. Q Go promotion is not compatible with electric vehicles.
