River Island – Senior Sales (Level 2) - River Island
A Senior Sales Advisor is responsible for leading the team to convert customers into sales by giving great service and by making product within the store look visually very exciting. The role involves leading by example and identifying and assisting customers who require help. You will also have responsibility for coaching new starters / less experienced staff on ‘Heads Up’ service expectations for areas like the Cash Desk and Fitting Room.
In this full time role we are looking for someone who can manage the cash desk operation, including returns, the cashiers and ensuring the cash desk procedures are adhered to. You must also be able to implement the Deployment Plan and deploy staff effectively on the sales floor. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a positive, ‘can do’ approach to activities in store and communicate in a positive way to customers and colleagues. The ability to work productively within a fast paced environment is essential as well as the enthusiasm to learn and take on more responsibility.
Skills and Experience:
Full time role and must be fully flexible.
