Queensgate – Marketing Manager -

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and well-rounded Marketing Manager to deliver marketing and communications strategy and support to Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough City Centre.

What will this role involve?    

You will work to re-enforce the retail delivery on site and be the key contact for the brands, creating, managing, and growing all relationships and communications. The role will support the delivery of the marketing strategy. With an in-depth knowledge of the retail/leisure environment, the ideal candidate will have expertise across the full marketing mix including specifically, social and digital management experience, events, advertising, brand awareness and an understanding of brand management.

Have you got the right skills/background?

  • Confidently develop, implement marketing strategies, and manage budgets, striving for optimal ROI
  • Experience of retail/leisure industry
  • Excellent command of the English language with accurate proof-reading ability and unyielding attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator at all levels, strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly capable of relationship building with PR, Advertising and Digital agencies
  • Confident decision maker
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Able to use own initiative / innovate
  • Good presentation skills

To take on this role you will possess

  • Marketing degree / qualifications preferred
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Photography skills
  • Basic videography (on phone) skills
