Queensgate is conveniently placed at the centre of major road networks and hosts four dedicated car parks offering over 2,300 car parking spaces. Enter our postcode PE1 1NT in to your SatNav, and it'll make finding us easy.


The Shopmobility Office is on Level 11 and can be easily accessed from:

Blue Cavell Car Park - Level 5 and 7

Red Royce Car Park - Level 5 and 11

Green Clare Car Park - Level 5 and 11

There are parking spaces allocated for blue badge holders on all of these levels. Please avoid using Yellow Perkins Car Park as access to Queensgate is via a footbridge. Lifts are available on all odd numbered car park levels. To contact Queensgate Shopmobility please call 01733 313133.

Arriving by taxi

Most local taxi companies will park and accompany you to the Shopmobility office. Just ask for help when you book your taxi.

Arriving by bus

To get to our Shopmobility office from the bus station, take the escalators or lift up in to the centre, then take one of the car park lifts to Level 11. Because this involves a short walk, please call our office and we'll arrange  for one of our Customer Services team to meet you at the bus station.


At Queensgate, we're really handy for the bus. In fact, the bus station is right at the heart of the centre. Just take the lift or escalator straight up to the shops. The local public transport information line has all the information you could need about services to and from Peterborough. Just call 0870 608 2608 or click here.


We're just a 5 minute walk over the footbridge to Peterborough mainline station, where you'll find services from East Coast, First Capital Connect, East Midlands Trains and Cross Country Trains. For details and train times, visit National Rail Enquiries online or call 08457 48 49 50.

East Coast provides regular high speed inter-city train services along the East Coast Main Line between London, Peterborough, Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland.

Great Northern provides a slower and cheaper service between Peterborough and London. There's a semi-fast service every hour stopping at Huntingdon, St. Neots, Sandy, Biggleswade, Hitchin, Stevenage, and Finsbury Park to London with an average journey time of 73 minutes.

There is also a slower service every hour with extra stops at Knebworth, Welwyn North, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield and Potters Bar with an average journey time of 87 minutes.
