90 years of Beaverbrooks

Huge congratulations to everyone at Beaverbrook’s this year, as we celebrate our 90th anniversary! Yes, can you believe that nearly a century ago, our special business started out when the original founders, brothers Isaac, Maurice and Harry Adlestone, set up shop selling gorgeous jewels. Beaverbrook’s is still owned by direct descendants of our founders and it's been a long and exciting journey from that first store in Belfast which opened in 1919.

Over the years Beaverbrook’s has grown into an award winning success story, with 66 branches nationwide, and recognised as one of the best places to work in the country! The strong sense of 'family' that runs throughout our company means we can all share in the success and celebrations and continue to uphold our philosophy of enriching lives for our customers and our colleagues.

Links of London jewellery comes to Beaverbrooks, Peterborough

The leading jewellery brand, Links of London, has arrived and is sure to bring a new dimension to all of Peterborough's jewellery fans. Beaverbrooks have been working with them for some time to bring their iconic ranges to the area.

'The whole team here are just so excited about the arrival of Links of London jewellery, we have all started our own wish lists,' said an enthusiastic Michelle Gooden, Beaverbrooks store manager. 'Their jewellery is so special and every time a new range is launched you can be sure it will be different than anything else.'

Links of London reached their 20th anniversary this year, having been founded back in 1990, when they specialised in cufflinks to business men in central London. Today they are known around the world as being jewellery design leaders with striking jewellery collections and always having some playful designs coming from their energetic design team. Their newest addition to the Links team is Cat Deeley as ambassador and the new public face for the brand.

Michelle added 'We stock many of the brand's iconic ranges from the Sweetie bracelet to the Friendship bracelet and following soon will be the exclusive Links 2012 range to celebrate the London 2012 Olympics.'
