East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH)

EACH - QUEENSGATE'S CHARITY OF THE YEAR

East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) is the local children’s hospice service for life-threatened children and their families in the Peterborough area. Queensgate is delighted to be supporting EACH as their charity of the year partner for 2010 – 2011.

EACH is a registered charity that cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions and complex healthcare needs. It also provides vital support to their families. This care and support includes end of life care, bereavement counselling, short break care and music therapy, as well as practical help and advice . EACH cares for families both at the children's hospice in Milton, Cambridge, and in families' own homes and EACH is currently caring for around 55 families in the Peterborough area.

Through a number of in centre fundraising events to be held throughout the year, Queensgate has pledged to help raise money and support for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices.
