Position : Floor Manager

Salary: £16,450

Hours: Part time job share - 16 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

This role will give you the opportunity to impact the day to day running of your store. You will be involved in all aspects of store management, learning from your Branch and Assistant Manager from day one. As a Floor Manager you will have responsibilities within 5 key areas of the store, these include:

• Sales and Customer Service
• Stock Presentation and Management
• People Management
• Branch Operations
• Health and Safety

Here at Monsoon Accessorize we are really passionate about what we do. In order to be a sucessful Floor Manager you will need to have experience within a customer facing environment, ideally with supervisory experience. Above all you will need to demonstrate commercial awareness and have a good understanding of what is currently happening on the high street.
