Shopmobility - arriving by car
Our Shopmobility office is on Level 11 and is easy to get to
The best places to park are:
Blue (Cavell) Level 5 and 7
Red (Royce) Levels 5 and 11
Green (Clare) Levels 5 and 11
There are spaces for blue badge holders and lift access on all of these levels. We'd recommend avoiding parking in Yellow (Perkins) as you'll need to use a footbridge to get to Queensgate.
Shopmobility - arriving by taxi
Most local taxi companies will park and accompany you to the Shopmobility office. Just ask for help when you book your taxi.

We provide a professional valeting service operating from designated areas within Shopping Centre car parks. Please visit us on Level 3, Blue (Cavell) or from Monday 16th January we'll also be found on level 4 of Green (Clare) car park at Queensgate Shopping Centre. We’ll wash while you shop!
Red (Royce) is the next car park to be renovated as part of Queensgate’s £10m four year project to completely refurbish and re-brand all four of its centre car parks.
