Details of items lost and found in Queensgate are held by the Queensgate Management Office. However individual stores do also hold items of lost property.

Should you loose credit, or bank cards we suggest you first contact your bank to cancel cards, and advise the police of these or any other items of value lost/stolen.

Lost property enquiries can be made at the Queensgate Information Desk or the Management Office by phone (24 hours 01733 311666 option 3) or by email:

Customers may claim items found during office hours only, unless by prior arrangement.

Found items are held for 6 weeks only.

We want shopping at Queensgate to be a pleasure not a hurdle. Wheelchairs, powered chairs and electric scooters are available to help you get around. 
Peterborough Shopmobility is hosted by Peterborough Council for Voluntary Service which is a registered charity Number 299823.
There is no charge, but this service is dependant on your donations, which are gratefully received and used to buy new equipment and fund repairs.

How to Book
Simply telephone the Shopmobility Office and make a booking. Telephone: 01733 313133

Please bring two forms of ID showing your current name, address and signature like a driving licence and utility bill. Training is available for first time users and if you require any additional features and fittings on the chair we will endeavour to help.

Shopmobility Opening Times 
Weekdays 10am - 5pm 
Saturdays 9am - 5pm

Thursday Evenings and Sundays
During this time the service is limited to non electric wheel chairs which are available from the Information Desk. Please telephone 01733 311666 to ensure availability. The Information Desk is a short walk from the car parks and bus station so we would recommend booking in advance for someone from Queensgate to meet you.

Arriving by Car
The Shopmobiliy Office is on Level 11 and can be easily accessed from: 
Cavell Car Park 1 ‚ Level 5 and 7, 
Royce Car Park 2 level 5 and 11, Clare Car Park 3 level 5 and 11. There are parking spaces allocated for blue badge holders on all of these levels. Lifts are available on all odd numbered car park levels.

Avoid using Perkins Car Park 4 as access to Queensgate is via a footbridge.

Please note that there is vehicle height restriction of 2.05 metres and vehicles are parked at the owners risk.

Arriving by Taxi
Most taxi companies will park and accompany you to the Shopmobility Office. Please ask for assistance when you book your Taxi.

Arriving by Bus 

The bus station is between the car parks and the shopping centre. The shopping centre can be accessed by escalators and a lift where you can then take the car park lifts to level eleven. This does involve a short walk, if this is difficult call us at the office and we can arrange to meet you at the bus station.
