Lost Property
If you lose something when you're at Queensgate, contact our Management Office which keeps details of lost and found items. Contact the stores you visited, too, as some of them also hold lost property.
You can contact our Management Office by phone on 01733 311666 (then press option 3) or by email at management@queensgatecm.co.uk
You can normally only claim items during office hours. We only hold the items we find for six weeks, and perishable items are kept for one day.
If you lose your bank or credit cards, first contact your bank to the cancel cards, then let the police know.
Shopmobility
We want shopping at Queensgate to be a pleasure not a hurdle. Wheelchairs, powered chairs and electric scooters are available to help you get around.
Peterborough Shopmobility is hosted by Peterborough Council for Voluntary Service which is a registered charity Number 299823. There is no charge, but this service is dependant on your donations, which are gratefully received and used to buy new equipment and fund repairs.
If you wish to use our services please bring two forms of ID with you showing your current name, address and signature, like a driving licence and utility bill.
Shopmobility Opening times
- Weekdays 10am to 5pm
- Saturdays 9am to 5pm
Thursday evenings and Sundays
On Thursday evenings and Sundays, our Shopmobility service provides only non-electric wheel chairs, which you'll find at our Information Desk. The desk is a short walk from the car parks and bus station, so if you call in advance we'll reserve a wheelchair and make sure there's someone to meet you. To book, please call 01733 311666 and please remember to bring in your ID with you.
Car Park Height Restriction
Please note our car parks have a vehicle height restriction of 2.05 metres.
