Streetstyle @Queensgate: The Super Stylish Shoppers I Snapped in August

Queensgate’s clearly the place to be seen in your stylish best, because throughout August, I spied some super-trendy girls out shopping.

From high-waists and crop tops to printed pairs of kicks, there was no shortage of cool ensembles on show, but here’s a few of my favourites…

First up, is Katy who kept things casj in a cool meshed crop tee and an embellished necklace. Love the simple palette and play with textures here, and a pair of low rise Converse kept the low key vibes going. #GoodShout.

Next is trend-ticking Bethany who worked on trend floral print (the best way to transition from Spring/Summer to Autumn/Winter, as I’ve previously blogged) via this uber sweet skater dress. Highlights of this look include the white soled boots and torque necklace, which adds a dressy look to this daytime ensemble. I loves it.

And how cute is Janella in her yellow crop and high-waisted skinnies? Really digging the simple boho jewels and big hair, and that bright pillar box red bag adds a kitsch sort of feel to the whole thing too. #NeedIt.

This duo were out channeling ’90s grunge with their outfits, rocking a simple black palette and on-trend staples like bomber jackets and jellies. Caitlin’s got some boho going on with her printed jumpsuit and tasselled bag, while Gursharn’s going straight street with her ripped jeans and quilted jacket. Just great, no?

So my kinda look, this ’60s-feeling ensemble from shopper Grace is well on-trend for Autumn/Winter. The A-line denim mini skirt looks fab paired with the chunky belt and poloneck, and her cateye shades and ‘medicine’ brogue shoes keep the theme going from top to toe. For sure, one of my favourite looks from August.

Kesia stepped out casual for a day shopping in the sun, but her cool khaki jacket left her prepared for signs of rain and the possibility of being stopped for compliments on her style… This look is effortless, leaving minimal gold jewels to bring it to life, and those printed trainers? Yes please. Mine’s a size 6.

The adorable Stephanie stepped out with a playful look and I couldn’t help but stop her on account of those cute dungarees. Great for Autumn/Winter if you can find a pair with a long leg, dungarees have had a resurgence trend-wise, so get on board and rock them with a simple slogan tee like Steph has for major style points next season.

Rocking another to-die-for ’60s look, trendy Caitlin has the look down with a super sweet A-line shift dress, contrasting collar and t-bar, patent shoes. Throwing a leather jacket on to toughen the look up, this outfit would easily go from daytime shopping to evenings out and parties so I’d suggest you try steal Caitlin’s cool style if you can.

And lastly, Claudia and Molly looked a stylish pair in high-waisted skinnies and trainers. The ’90s trend for chokers hasn’t escaped these two, who’ve nailed the look even further with centre-parted, care-free hair, and I’m loving the perforated peplum top too – just working out where I can grab one for myself…

So that’s it – some of the best-dressed I caught in Queensgate throughout August. Do look out for me and my camera soon though, as I’ll be back to spy on shoppers’ style next month, too!
