I’m Ben and I work in the audio section at John Lewis where I meet many different people with a wide range of experience and expectations. When talking to customers about buying a sound system I see the talk radio enthusiast who only listens to BBC Radio 4 and 5 Live on their DAB radio and the purist looking to fill their home with the best sound quality possible and a lot more in between.
